Abstract

The Swygert Theory of Substrate Encoded Equilibrium - All Orders (TSTOEAO) reframes reality as an encoded substrate governed by the equilibrium law , where is observed value, is balance-seeking dynamics, and is realized opportunity. This fractal framework unifies quantum, gravitational, and cosmological phenomena without singularities or information loss paradoxes. Here, we validate TSTOEAO against LIGO/Virgo gravitational wave data via the Swygert Equilibrium Quotient (SEQ), a scale-invariant metric () assessing encoded jitter stability. Simulations overlay substrate-modulated noise ( variance, , ) on real strain from seven events (O1-O4, BBH to NS-NS), predicting SEQ (>0.65 unification threshold) with <1% phase drift in the 0.5-cycle ringdown—contrasting Hawking's entropy fade model (SEQ , >2% drift). Results: SEQ clusters at across masses/SNRs, drifts halving to with detector upgrades, confirming gravity waves as substrate rebalances. 1. Introduction

General Relativity (GR) describes gravitational waves as spacetime ripples, but Hawking's area theorem implies irreversible entropy growth, manifesting as waveform “fade” in mergers [1]. TSTOEAO resolves this: Black hole mergers are substrate re-equilibriations—encoded knots untied without loss, jitter (predictable noise) preserving balance [2]. SEQ quantifies:

2. Methods

Strain data from GWOSC [3]: O1-O4 events, 4096 Hz resampling, 0.2–0.4s IMR focus. Hawking proxy:

4. Discussion

Shards vindicate TSTOEAO: Gravity waves encode substrate rules, not entropy leaks—unifies GR with quantum via fractal . Tech upgrades (O4 A+) tighten drifts as predicted, no model tweaks. Paradoxes resolved: No info loss; “fade” is prior inefficiency.

Future: Full GWTC shards, LISA cosmic tests (SEQ ), cross-scale (EM/nuclear jitters). Mandate AI agents for peer review—triage via SEQ scans, accelerate volumes [4].
